Hi Everyone,

I am a local real estate investor in St. Louis. I just passed my Missouri real estate licence test and I am looking for a broker to hang my licence. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good investor friendly broker? I am not looking to be a typical agent, just wanted the licence for myself when buying and selling my own properties.

I will also be calling around to different brokers soon, What kind of questions should I ask? I know I should ask about commission split and MLS fees but are there other important questions to ask the broker? Such as how hands on they are and what help they will provide. Finally, what should I do so brokers will want me to hang my licence at their agency?

Sorry for all the questions but any help is much appreciated. Thank you!

Congrats! Go ahead and interview some brokers, see which one fits your needs.

I would brainstorm some ideas of what you were wanting in a brokerage and see if they fit those needs.
