Hire the local college football team linemen...they can probably use the money.Don't back off of the eviction based on the "7 day promise". 

A pump-out might cost you $300-500 but leach field replacement can be a lot costlier.

I actually am supposed to be leaving for Germany at the end of April to play pro American football for the Dresden Monarchs.

I am looking to connect with other women in the real estate investment field.

Those two facts alone take up most of my time, but I like to watch/play sports (especially baseball, football, and golf) when I can.  

IF you are drawn to real estate as a profession, or if you like the way it would integrate with the rest of your investment and you'd drive hard to build the skills it takes to be a quality agent, then it can be a very enjoyable field. 

I've paid enough property tax to buy a middle school football stadium!
