Hey guys I've actually been checking out BP for a few months but I didn't realize that there was an introductions forum until a few days ago, and I finally have some time to go ahead and introduce myself.Like a few others on here I am 27 so I am sort of at the beginning stages of my investing career.

Put all that on paper, then decide what education you need to get there.One final thing, my mentor offered a great package deal with tons of stuff and frankly I wasn't ready to take advantage of it in the time period of the initial package (6 months).

However you must remember that both of these are "Rules of Thumb" They are great for per-screening a deal but you should use actual numbers as much as you can for a final analysis of a deal.

Finally I agreed that I would have a name and phone number and address so if IRS got involved we could track people and have more reliability as to accountability in the contract projects.
