The 18k included a outside portion of digging down and adding a pipe to catch water to funnel it away from house + a side channel that will be around the walls to funnel water to a new sump pump.The water is coming in from multiple sides of the house.

I did know one fellow up in Seattle that was working on an insurance policy for HML but he could not get it off the ground.. the premiums were such at least to me and what and the feed back I gave him that he would have a very hard time selling it.
