Hello,

I recently ran across the BiggerPockets channel on YouTube, and have not been able to stop listening. Such a great resource. My wife and I have been wanting to get into real estate for sometime, in order to reach our goal of financial freedom. Unfortunately, we have been deterred because of down payments, closing costs, etc. However, BiggerPockets has educated us that you do not necessarily have to use your own money for this. Though I am still learning, I am hoping to connect with someone to help us begin our journey toward financial freedom.
