What are you working with as far as funding? 

I have a few rental properties in my county of origin.I live not far from Grass Valley and Yuba City and I was wondering if there is anyone from the same area (or maybe Sacramento) who would like to meet?

I gave them $16K down over several payments then recently borrowed $14K from a private lender to pay off the balance.

If it is you and you go overboard to acknowledge the short coming and make it right than the guest will most likely forget about it and move on, if you blow it off the guest will make it a big deal and a big headache for you".

Never made it that far as their was no real value in the first two phases.

Thankfully, these are few and far between if you’re a good host and take care of your property.
