Hi BP community!

I'm new to this forum and to real estate investing in US. I have a few rental properties in my county of origin.

I live not far from Grass Valley and Yuba City and I was wondering if there is anyone from the same area (or maybe Sacramento) who would like to meet?

Regards,

Margarita

Quote from @Scott Scoville:

I am an Investor and RE Agent in Sacramento. I only invest in Sacramento, cash on cash is decent. Cash flow is a little bit more difficult to find right now, but appreciation is solid. For a long-term investor, this is a great area to invest. Lots of jobs, number one place people are moving to from the bay area. Rents have been consistently rising as well. I also work with investors as an agent, and can help with any of your investment needs. Let me know if you’d like to jump on a call and discuss your goals and strategy.

Hi Scott! Thank you for your offer. I'll be in touch if I consider to invest in Sacramento. For now, it would be nice to start somewhere closer. I'm same distance away from Grass Valley, Yuba City, Oroville and Chico.
