Keep communication lines open, renegotiate when necessary.

Had to communicate a lot with potential buyers and come up with some different ways to show them how/where the property was located.

Hello everyone,I have communicated with a few lenders in my area(CA) for finances purposes, but have noticed a lot of differences across each.I wanted some help or advice when seeking hard money.

I believed in a week that we had a bad contractor (poor communication, too cavalier), but I did not want to go in search of a new one and deal with determining costs of incomplete project, etc. 

It kills me to think about paying her to leave, but I'm definitely open to it if she would just communicate.

Be proactive & upfront in communicating your expectations to the residents. 

We increased EMD a couple times and provided the seller with evidence of the situation to show that we're committed and communicate that they'd likely run into the same problem with any other buyer unless they had cash offers. 

I would have rather paid someone to do some of the repairs. 4: Good communication with a trustworthy property manager is the key to success.
