Wholesale deal. I didn't think I was going to sell this one, but I got lucky and found the right buyer out of the blue. I had been marketing it for months, had to renegotiate with the seller to get it done.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Low risk, high reward

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Direct marketing

How did you finance this deal?

No financing

How did you add value to the deal?

Putting buyer and seller together, marketing

What was the outcome?

I made $7,248.88

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Keep communication lines open, renegotiate when necessary.
