How do you feel about buying buy and holds in Denver's market that is already grown to a higher level than the real estate bubble in 2007? 

It does not contain phosphate, as some places have banned or limited phosphate in detergents - if you've ever seen a creek or stream with bubbly foam in the water, that's often due to phosphate.

You want to look for members that have the RMP (Residential Management Professional) or MPM (Master Property Manager) designations because those have the most experience, training, and qualifications.

If the design allows it, building in ADA features is nice if for nothing else bigger doorways, halls, ramps, grab bars, etc.
