Kinda taking the post a different way, is there a way to see how many STRs are in the block since there is a limit.

There are lots of places where the same house is 750k at one end of the block and 700 at the other or even more difference...and of course not all lots are the same size which effects value quite a bit.

You will surprise yourself how many more qualified applicants you will get this way vs. being the cheapest on the block and doing things old school. 

Semi-detached home needing what seems to be a total rehab.Asking is 279k -1,928sqftFrom my research, similar homes (sqf and room/baths) are selling for about 340k on this block.

I would also send notice that if they continue to block access and it causes additional damage you will hold them responsible.  

@David Edri as you've probably heard, Indianapolis can vary neighborhood to neighborhood and block to block.

When all the parking spots are full, my landlord tells me to park down the block in a another parking lot.

As of now, it's still block by block, but if you take your time to review the comps well you can come out of it with great returns. 

Mars Hill is a mixed bag and varies block to block like a lot of Indianapolis.
