Philadelphia Neighborhoods (to live in or house hack)

Hi, Im looking into house hacking in Philadelphia, Im not a local and Im limited to the information that I have about the neighborhoods in Philly. My plan of strategy is to buy a house live for about one to two years and then move out to the next hack.

What do you guys think about Whitman, Greys Ferry, Point Breeze or Port Richmond area?

Hey @Ralph Patulot if you're going to keep working in Barrington then I'd say start house hacking in South Philly as you'll be closest to the Walt Whitman Bridge.
