You opinion on Lincoln village neighborhood in Milwaukee

We are considering to purchase multifamily at Lincoln village in Milwaukee,

We are worried about the crime rate in the area,
Is there are good blocks there, what do you think about the near neighborhoods

I've invested in that area for a couple years now, I plan to continue to invest in that area, and I live just over a mile away from the boundaries of Lincoln Village.  Some blocks certainly are better than others, but there are good properties, and properties with good potential in the area.  I

I strongly agree with @Brock Mogensen on working with a PM that manages a lot in that area.  You need a PM who will be honest with you about each property you acquire.
