@Trent Roberts I like to park near my potential investment in the shadows late on maybe a Friday night with the windows rolled down engine off, car silet and dark.

I was at a building industry breakfast on Friday and most of the guys there were suggesting they are flat out and our management business trying to pin guys down to quoting repair work etc has been really tough of late so that seems to back that up.The University roll is up again this year which has been the first year for a few so fingers crossed that's a good sign for the city as there has been a little bit of an oversupply of rentals in a few markets the last few years so that might suck up that excess supply.

(I got a couple of gas ranges on a Black Friday deal last year.)New appliances also help with marketability at showings: more modern appearance, more energy efficient.  

Can't make it this Friday unfortunately, but I'll be at the next one.

Friday 6/17, I get a call that the 3rd floor toilet is leaking into the 2nd floor bathroom--- Action: I fix the leaking toilet that night. 2.

We should have a dumpster there by the weekend, and officially have the deed by Friday.

But I've been having trouble with the Webinar software I've been using, so I wanted to test a new piece of webinar software.So I thought I would do a special, Pro-Only webinar this Friday so we can test this new software and have fun learning about real estate at the same time!

Chris, I'm going for my salesperson (I actually just passed the test Friday) as opposed to my broker license because 100% of my legal experience has been in Medical Malpractice and personal injury.  

On Friday going for a property in Miami which I doubt I’ll get because I’ve noticed most properties are cancelled for one reason or another and the ones that do go usually not much of a deal.  

This reminds me of Sam Zell in the early 90s reading that he was worth $1 billion and not sure if he was going to make payroll next Friday.
