Hey Guys,

Newbie here from the Metro Detroit area. Both in REI and BP.

Just became a licensed RE Agent a few months ago so I could learn as much as possible in order to invest properly.

Currently teaching myself to wholesale houses. Once I get that somewhat on lock, it's onward and upward from there. End goal is an army of multi and single family rentals units.
