Analyzing neighborhoods when purchasing rental properties

Trent Roberts
Posted

Hello everybody! I am new to Bigger Pockets and I am beginning my search for my first rental property. I have found several promising leads but am unsure of how to best analyze the quality of the neighborhood in which each property is located. I have listened to many podcasts and have learned about class A, B, C, and D neighborhoods. What is the easiest way to know what the rating is for each neighborhood as I search for properties? Also any other advice on analyzing my first real would be appreciated!
