It might work in Cali but not in OhioTile is a cold floor so up here we put it only in the areas which needs waterproofing: bathroom, kitchen, high traffic areas.Tenants still prefer carpet in the bedrooms, and even wood looking laminate won't cut it.First floor is always wood or laminate but upstairs depends.

Time wise, I do all my marketing from my desk through direct mail or cold calling, though the best relationships are cultivated over time after I meet someone in person.
