We do seasonal inspections of all our properties in the spring and in the fall.

I intend to do a cash out refinance after meeting the 1-year seasoning requirement and wanted to know what are some good websites that can give me an estimated appraisal value of the property (I have already tried Zillow, Truila, Totalview, and eppraisal.

I deliberately have all rentals come up in May/June since it is "moving season".

BP offers plenty of resources for the new and seasoned REI.

"Chat it up" with as many seasoned real estate investors at these meetings and "pick their brains", make friends, tell your story, make some friends and maybe spend a day or two each month "in the field" with an experienced real estate investor!
