Throughout my Law School experience I have learned that I HATE when someone "hides the ball" and I have to discover what their message truly is. 

It is a small town, tight knit community, but I went to school in this town and I think that will be to my advantage. 

If its cost less than a honda run...This is one of the dumbest post ever in the history of BP. 

For 1 full year I'm going to give realestate a full 100% just like I gave school when I was determined to finish.

My credit is pretty good, 4k in school loans remaining, currently renting an apartment here in Houston and no other debt.I'm thinking I can get started in a single family rental and just go from there. 

My kids are 3.5 & 1.5, so I dont have huge school bills yet.

The condition, town sewer, system update, 3rd floor walk-up and great in-town location to schools, MBTA, EBSCO & restaurants – makes this a very desirable property when completed.

I was right in thinking that I would rather work than go to school but now I realize that I would rather not work a normal job....ever.

60/40 works. just would have to find someone out of the area. id be more of a property manager.the other 2 properties are rented out and i claim one on my taxes but the other my sister claims. i just started reporting the income for the 2nd property this year so im hoping by next year if i show a 2year history on both ill get approved for another loan.
