New man off campus in Eugene

Hey everyone!

I'm brand new to BP and I'm to get involved here. I'm currently living in Eugene, OR and looking to get started in Real Estate. I graduated about 9 months ago, got a full time job and stuck around here in Eugene. I was right in thinking that I would rather work than go to school but now I realize that I would rather not work a normal job....ever. HAHA So that's why I'm here at BP. The plan is to start with the typical wholesaling because I not only do I have no money, I have negative money (mammoth student loans). After I get my feet wet and get some capital I want to add raw land to my practices. My long term goal is to have a portfolio of rentals which provide steady income and then flip or wholesale on the side so I no longer need to work a 9-5.
If anybody else is in Eugene I would love to start connect with like minded people. I know I'm in the right place to learn quality information from qualified people so LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN!
