I have a few leads that I'm hoping to wholesale out and in the interest of keeping everybody honest, I'd like to have prospective buyers sign a form before I give them all the info on the properties. 

By paying this fee you will get training on how to prospect and bring me deals and when the deal is done , instead of paying a flat referral fee, they will get 50 % of whatever profit is made.Am I on to something here or do i need to scrap the whole idea. 

Andre,Appraisers work for themselves and get paid either the customer (This is typically a hard money loan or the owner doing a private appraisal for divorce, taxes etc.) or by AMC's (appraisal management companies) so banks have their own appraisal division which will go over the independent appraisal.

I wish I could tell you how to find us I have the opposite problem finding more good customers. 

Since this is my first customer and my coaches in the offices are not answering, I would like some advice on what steps should be taken to ensure everything is done the right way.
