Realtor referrals for Hudson Valley towns?

We've been researching the Hudson Valley for awhile now, looking for a property that we can stay in occasionally but rent as a STR the rest of the time (will be traveling/living internationally most of the time). We've nowhere near completely narrowed down different towns (there are SO MANY), but are currently very interested in Hunter and Catskill bc of the apparent STR prospects.  There are a few properties in particular in those 2 towns that we're VERY interested in and would like to start reaching out to a realtor or realtors in the area to see about progressing further.  Does anyone have referrals for great people?  

Also, if there are any recommendations for other towns within 2-ish hours of NYC that would work well for STR's, please inundate me with your wisdom! Whatever we buy will end up being a primary residence for us when we're in the US, but we're open to both single-family and multi-family. We just love NYC and would like to be able to fly in and out of there, and be close to the city when we're stateside...other than that, we're totally open as far as location, as long as there's good STR potential.
