I guarantee you that the next servicer/lender is not going to honor a verbal commitment from a loan originator at a previous institution.

I think I annoyed my realtor on occasion as I have gotten used to self service through an attorney. 

I know it is tempting to assume that since i got citied my PM isn't taking care of the property but I use a 3rd party service to check my properties  randomly. 

Hello I live on Oahu as a service member and would like to follow somebody’s footsteps/work with to learn how to invest and rent a property.

Residential rental property has a class life of 27.5 years, but depreciation does not start until the property is placed in service.   

We asked for an old electric panel to be replaced & service on the furnaces and they conceded that to us.Supposedly the seller got another offer above our price & without any contingencies after accepting ours.

I just discovered the fine print on owning my property in an LLC... you can't do a cash out re-fi through FHA.
