I have been learning from BP guides for the past few weeks and it has been extremely helpful.My goal is to create passive income from rental properties and build up my portfolio.

There isn't much info here on BP about a typical land lease purchase scenario and how that could look for your portfolio over time, so I am having difficulty following. 

A lot of our clients are new as well and find that turnkey properties are the ideal way to start building their portfolio of properties.I started investing long ago (age 18) and have invested out-of-state since 2003. 

Local banks that provide portfolio lending typically have a different set of rules to follow versus FNMA.  

We will more than likely begin with single family homes so that we can learn more and begin building a portfolio. 

That short window of opportunity to capture new business is seized when we have the best intel to share.When I first started investing and leveraged agents to create my portfolio... the agents that were the most interesting, useful and helpful were the ones that owned real estate. 

We have a small portfolio- just over a dozen, residential rental units in a small upstate county. 

Real estate is a key part of my portfolio.
