Happy Thanksgiving !

Just wanted to say hello, and I love reading the info and forums you all have spent time on. 

We have a small portfolio- just over a dozen, residential rental units in a small upstate county. Learning the ropes through trial and error, insight from a friend who has forged a trail, and now through BP. 

We have interest in growing the residential rental units. Goal is to have 40 by my 40th. Perhaps a flip or commercial rental if the time and investment is right.
