I'm Nick!

I'm a Navy Vet. with zero experience in real estate investing. I've read a few books and listen to the BiggerPockets podcast frequently trying to learn what I can.

I have begun writing up a goal, plan and putting together spreadsheets using a lot of information from The ABC's of Real Estate Investing. I've read the book twice so far, working on a third time. I started building my plan around Kens book and have learned a lot from studying his 5-step property evaluation process. It's put a lot in perspective.

I plan to partner with a friend who is a roofing contractor and look to invest in rental mulifamily properties. We will more than likely begin with single family homes so that we can learn more and begin building a portfolio.

Anyways, hope to learn a lot from this site, can't wait begin!
