It sounds like you've got a solid platform to start from.  

For people that might otherwise spend the money on consumer cr@p or beer it is an excellent idea.  

I am sure most of the platforms would do this if the borrower/promoter has a good track record and knows what they're doing.  

Powering the deadbolt consumes more energy (shorter battery life) and is problematic in places where you have older (i.e.

Its very time consuming and bit $$$ expensive also.

As far as the interest free loans I give the government, we try to minimize those, but we typically get some money back anyhow, and that has always gone to reduce any consumer debt (car notes etc).

In summary are you saying that you find most realtors listing these types of properties to be un educated and oblivious to the target consumer?
