     I listened to about 30 BP podcasts before joining the site. My wife and I have been in the residential brokerage side of the business since 2001 and property management since 2007. 

   Here to learn more about the investment side of the business and share any experience I can that would help others. Ultimately want to hone my skills to provide the best service I can to my clients and all that share in my business.
