Your best bet is searching the web for "Flat Fee MLS + your city" and then checking the reviews on Yelp.

What really piqued my interest though was that I noticed in some cities, more than 50% of some property types available for purchase weren’t shown on the major real estate web sites.

Mr Faux posted a sign on my property advertising rent to own without permission , implying he had control of the propertyI have tried to contact Miracle Real Estate Group , a NON Licensed  group with out successI will continue to post these negative reviews everywhere Miracle Real Estate Group shows up on the web until the sign is removed

The very helpful clerk on the phone directed me to the Sheriff's web site, where you can search judgments and eviction records of potential (and current) tenants.http://www.sheriff.org/apps/civil_search/I found out, too late unfortunately, that the tenant I'm currently evicting was evicted in 2008 and probably more than once.
