Very helpful site for Broward County Court records (i.e., evictions)

I'm in the process of evicting a tenant in Broward County (Ft. Lauderdale area), FL. The very helpful clerk on the phone directed me to the Sheriff's web site, where you can search judgments and eviction records of potential (and current) tenants.

I found out, too late unfortunately, that the tenant I'm currently evicting was evicted in 2008 and probably more than once. Yup, a "pro" tenant. Lesson learned.
