I think you should just stick with neutral/light colors like beige, baby blue and off-white.

There is certainly much more to stocks than I buy this stock now when do I get paid...Please continue to educate yourself before jumping into that ocean.

For brokers/agents running a highly profitable business is about not wasting time and doing more closings and taking care of their clients.A buyer calling out of the blue requesting a bunch of info with the seller or broker/agent not knowing their purchasing capability isn't going to get a lot of response.

If you live out of state, to start out investing in the Bay Area responsibly is almost impossible unless, A- you have tight local investor friends or relatives that will walk you through and babysit your investment or B- you are already wealthy and want to park some cash in blue chip real estate.  

Every street around USC is different --  students living next to blue collar or even gang areas when you get further from the campus.
