I was talking to a Lyft passenger about my real estate goals and experience as a carpenter, and he directed me to this site. He told me, "it will change your life".

So far, it looks like a great opportunity to connect my design and build skills with a financier interested in rehabilitating a rental property in the East Bay.

I am just familiarizing myself with the site so far, and am looking forward to making connections with like-minded counterparts.
