Another reason I love Texas. It continually scores high. I've always posted how I'm very interested in staying in the median price range of homes in inexpensive areas. There is an area in So TX called Rio Grande Valley where I've purchased lots of sfrs and have a subdivision. The Valley basically runs between McAllen and Edinburg. My subdivision is smack in the middle of the Valley.

Check # 3 and #1- the 2 ends of the Valley. Is yours on the list? Good luck. Rich
