You should contact an independent agent, preferably one with many markets.

No matter what, definitely do not let the naysayers sway you from your goal of financial independence in 10 years via RE investing.

Also would it be inappropriate for me to ask if I can get independent inspectors to make sure they completed the work they said they did or to verify that the major systems of the property have the longevity the turnkey provider says they have.

My wife and I have been able to become financially independent over the course of last five years by investing in SFH in the Tulsa area.
