Hello BP community!

I've been reading through the BP forums for about a year now, and wanted to finally post.  I've learned a lot from this website as well as all the podcasts and audible books, and now I'm taking the leap and getting my property ready to rent.  I've spent the past couple of months getting my property rent ready and it's getting close.  I'm hoping to have it on the market by end of this month.  I'm still debating on whether to self manage or hire a PM, but listening to The Book on Managing Rentals several times makes me feel like I can do it myself.

I'm excited to be a part of the community and hope to learn from you guys, as well as contribute.
