Hello everybody,

My name is Hunter Bennett and i live in the Heber Springs area of Arkansas. I am 21 years old and i have become to seriously think about real estate investing as something that i could seriously do to reach my goals of becoming financially independent and to one day be able to create an income that is going to allow me to raise a family.

I am brand new to this and only know a little bit but i am excited to get started and  what i have been doing is researching as much as i can every single day. That's how i found this place!

Some of the things that i am having trouble with is the not having much money coming in. i work two minimum wage jobs and i love them but i dont want to work anywhere where i am having to be told what to do. I am saving up as much as i can to finally be able to buy a multifamily home where i can essentially "house hack." The thing that stops me is fear. Its mainly fear of the unknown as in with me being so new to this and researching as much as i can i can only learn so much each and every day but each day that little bit of information will add up to where i will one day be comfortable with buying a multifamily home and be able to go through with it and make it profitable.

Any advice that i could have would be so greatly appreciated and i am willing to do whatever it takes to become financially independent!
