When figuring costs, here are some things to consider:- Many jurisdictions will require permits to demo a house- If permits are required, a Demo Survey will likely be required (and other surveys/tests)- If the houses are old, you may need an asbestos survey- If there is asbestos, you'll need to pay a remediator to remove- You'll need to pay for labor to demo as well as haul-away and dump feesYou can probably find a company that will do all this turn-key for you for not too much more than what you'd pay to piecemeal it.

I bought the valve wrenches and the graduated square tool (and the hexogonal one since I didn't know which it was before I took it out - now I have both..) and removed the entire valve and seat and replaced with all new.

my sister inherited a lot of money and has it in a investments through a financial planner.Is there anyway that she can remove a large portion of her Investment money out of that vehicle and make it available to me to pay her the 8 to 12% interest that she's not getting now without a IRS penalty for pulling it out.
