Any Ideas on how best to tear a building down cheap?

So I've got a property with multiple buildings on it. All of them generate great revenue except two that are borderline condemned. I am waiting on final estimates to see if they can be salvaged but am suspecting that one or both may be tear downs.

Wondering if anyone has any cost effective or creative ways to get this done. I've looked into donating to Fire Dept. as a burn house but because they are are too close to a major road, this one won't fly.

Ideas, Thoughts????

Experienced guy on a tractor with a front end loader and digger can accomplish a lot. J is right on the permitting. Also, you don't just turn off the utilities, but have them terminated at the street.
