with that said, if I'm way on the left field, I don't think you're not even close to the stadium. maybe we should hear your experience being old to the business.

Interested in getting hands on experience in real estate investment, and continuing to expand my knowledge in the field. 

I bring it up because if it's the same as I imagine it would be, then you work with a broker/owner who holds a license to manage property and practice in the field.

I work in the Allied Health field here on Long Island and am looking to create some extra cash flow through REI. 

If you know one pretty much covers more than 90% of other gurus in same field.

So the main thing is just get out in the field a find that property.

While my experience in real estate is currently nonexistent, I'm working on developing my knowledge in this vast and complex field so I can hit the ground running!

We've been working with landlords of various portfolio sizes and we're seeing that as long as they spend the right amount of time in the review period of the final top 3-4 applicants, the other areas such as call fielding, bookings/scheduling appointments, processing applications, showing the unit, etc. can be handled by someone else which helps save landlords a ton of time.
