We've been working with landlords of various portfolio sizes and we're seeing that as long as they spend the right amount of time in the review period of the final top 3-4 applicants, the other areas such as call fielding, bookings/scheduling appointments, processing applications, showing the unit, etc. can be handled by someone else which helps save landlords a ton of time.
