Leasing Your Rental Unit Without Waisting A Lot Of Time

We get asked a lot if it's possible to find a good tenant for your rental unit without spending a lot of time doing so. We think the answer to that question is definitely 'Yes'. We've been working with landlords of various portfolio sizes and we're seeing that as long as they spend the right amount of time in the review period of the final top 3-4 applicants, the other areas such as call fielding, bookings/scheduling appointments, processing applications, showing the unit, etc. can be handled by someone else which helps save landlords a ton of time. If you're looking to put your property under the housing authority program, you'll need some assistance with the inspection, the inspection process, and how to prepare the property to pass inspection the first time. We can help out if you have any questions about this as well. We oversee weekly inspections for landlords throughout the Atlanta area and can help you with yours as well. Feel free to reach out with any questions and we'll help however we can.
