I'm in a very similar position right now, no deals done with a thousand ideas going through my mind every day and not 100% confident in the financing piece. 

I say that because having dozens of rentals may give you good income but you are basically buying a second job you won’t be sipping pina coladas on the beach everyday .

Not everyone can do this but in my current situation I have the time to go to the property every day to take care of things.
