I can say I have learned a ton from listening to podcast.  Sometimes the information is redundant but for me hearing the same information delivered in different formats sinks in.  Here is my list based on my goals.  Share your thoughts.

Best Real investing Advice Ever with Joe Fairless.  My favorite is follow along Friday’s where he breaks things down with his cohost Theo Hicks.  Great Info.

Refresh Your Wealth with Mark Kohler and Mat Sorensen.  Lawyer and CPA show.  You will learn entity structure, tax info and how to structure private lender agreements.  A very dry subject made entertaining.  Every 3 weeks it’s an open forum where you can call in or send in your questions.  A live show.  Great Info.

Old Capital Podcast with Paul Peebles and Michael Becker.  Banker and investor from both sides.  What banks are looking for and how to analyze apartments buildings.  Whether it’s single family or multi-family you will pick up information.  Ask Mike Monday’s are a quick 10 minute topic based on a question sent it.  Very helpful.

Of course Bigger Pockets Podcast.  Great interviews.  Take the nuggets from successful investors and apply your own system to them.
