. ;-)  its just a lead source I would not follow their advice of course .. just a lead source its like a loose MLS for sub too.. you can always say no.

So recently, when looking for advice on “cash out on equity" I see a lot of people saying how they don't want to lose on taxes or will die with these properties and the low interest rates, or that they intend to pass this on to their kids.
