Arkansas Real Estate
Hello all,
I am a new investor in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. I own two rentals currently at the ripe age of 22 and am looking to start BRRRRing and flipping properties locally. I am looking for meetups close by and to get some connections in the area, because I do not personally know many people around here that do real estate. Also, any tips for a new investor for the strategies I mentioned would be greatly appreciated!
