U should get on Pace Morby's free facebook and put that out to their crazy tribe.. something may come of it when you have thousands in the tribe and its his home area.. thats what I would do.
Lol. I posted that you need money for escrow and title and you need money for reserves and they banned me. ;-)
its just a lead source I would not follow their advice of course .. just a lead source its like a loose MLS for sub too.. you can always say no. Most folks with higher end homes in todays market will be very reluctant to sell sub too as they are too sophisticated or will consult and an attorney and simply wont take the risk of letting someone take over their mortgage without formerly removing their liability.. might be able talk some into do a Warp though if they want to make money on the delta like we do..
