We normally do free lot rent then $10 per occupied pad per month then incentive type bonuses on top of that.

There's also a huge casino being built and I'm networking with the construction company to house some of their workers once we have more units available.Over saturation could be an issue but I've been monitoring the new supply in the market for the last 3 months and there hasn't been any new MTRs added.
