Where Do I Find Solid YoY Rental Growth Data For Any Given City?

Hey, everyone!

I'm looking for a solid source of average or median rent growth on a year over year basis. I only need to get the last five years data. I'm analyzing cities for investment potential and would like to see how rent growth correlates with population, jobs and home price growth.

I am a Rentometer subscriber, but pro reports don't really give me what I'm looking for from what I can tell. Maybe I'm missing something…

Any help is greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance!
