yes, its declining in all educated areas. but housing costs will continue to go up. in our Multifamily rentals, we will be upgrading everyone's living standards to assure we have upper-income earners as tenants, will be adding separate Electic Vehicles charging and 1st $100 of electricity for free included in the rent with Solar panels offsetting the cost producing the electric we sell to tenants. also adding Smart building ready FOG network for security and looking at new Smart Toilets the five-star hotels have been installing.

This type of loan product prefers LLC vesting and is designed for investors but 6 partners is tricky.

I know there are different rules and personal preferences on this topic but I wanted to see what the general consensus was for my goals/objectives and the pros/cons of putting a small or large downpayment.This would be my first house and, since I'm currently renting, it would be a place I would staying in.

We prefer to cover materials and only pay labor when work is satisfactorily complete.

Unless you want to be part of a lawsuit to determine the legalities of this you may prefer to not get involved.  

My landlord preference has been to have a slightly lower rent in order to get the most qualified/responsible tenant to take care of my update class A property.Thanks
