Hey Everyone,

I am seeing opportunities appearing and one thing I am concerned with is actually getting people to rent the property. Is there any assurance to help ease the stress of making sure someone rents the unit out? I believe this isn’t a guarantee so any tips to help assure it’s a guarantee would be greatly appreciated.
