Hello all, I am on the same page as Account Closed, so any assistance or advise would be appreciated.I'm currently producing leads for an investor that focuses on LPO's.What I'd like to see is Property owners "calling me" that are interested in doing a LP/Rnt to Own.I've gotten better at creating image Ads, however, can someone give me some constructive feedback on some of them?

Personally, I would focus more on networking with your LOCAL Real Estate investors.1.

During my time at UBS, I was focusing on getting real estate professionals to invest in stocks and bonds.

Having a farm area also allows you to consistently focus your marketing, leading to repeated exposure and increased response rates.

Why the focus on foreclosures?

Make sure ( if you are focusing on multifamily ) you brand your self as the go to guy ( or girl ) for multifamily.
